Software that plots weekly values in daily chart ?

Is there any software that allow us to have a weekly moving average or a weekly RSI plotted in the daily chart ?

The old ProSuite 2000i could do this very easily but Metastock doesn't allow it.

You can do this easily with NinjaTrader.
