Software that hedge-funds use -

Does anyone knows which kind of software hedge-funds use for trading? Like type of trading platform, kind of paid services, etc.
Is it the same platform for equities, options and futures?

I'll appriciate any responds or links that relate to this

I dont think software is a big deal for a hedge fund. They probably can get do their trading with yahoo finance and a phone, I mean really, when you got a few billion under management there is not a lot of places you can put it. You should be asking what newspapers and magazines they read

i imagine the smaller ones use rather retail software that any of us use.
at a certain point though i'm sure they just hire programmers to roll their own.
