software froze even offline

The Tradezero trading station suddenly froze and lagging all the sudden even I wasn't connect to the server. CS doesn't help much and keep copy and paste the same instruction and rushing to leave the chat. Does anyone has the same issues?

Sounds like out of memory and perhaps also your page file is full. Could be that TradeZero platform has a memory leak or something else.
