Software for screening / backtesting?

Is there such a software program available for screening and backtesting those screens? The only one I can find is Zack's Research Wizard 4.0 but I wanted to see if there were any other good ones out there.. the research wizard is awesome but if it ever is discontinued I would like to have something to fall back on. I won't mind sharing some strategies that backtested very very well in the one I am using for anyone that can help me out with either a program or a website that can do the above. The best screener I have found so far is the Windows-based screener from MSN MoneyCentral. I havn't found a decent backtest app or website yet.

portfolio123 looks pretty decent, even for the price ($40/month for what I would use I think)

Are there any other decent ones? What about interactive brokers's tools and 3rd-party tools for them.. are they decent?
