Software for controlling automation on a VPS or live trading computer

Dear Traders,

I am looking for a simple automation control software that would restart a .bat script or an application (such as eSignal Data Manager or Ninjatrader) if the application crashes or is being exited. This tool should also control what software to be started in which sequential order at a reboot/restart of this VPS instance.
I am talking about a Windows VPS, used for Ninjatrader and IB Gateway.
 
I know, I am using IB controller.
But I want a tool where I can enable different applications and how they should behave on a crash or similar. IBstart or IBcontroller only works for IB TWS and IB Gateway.

Testing TWSstart now: How do you get Ninjatrader to start up automatically once it crashes or is exited manually? What is the Window title setting for NT7?
