Does anyone know when the rolls start in Coffee or Sugar??

Are they goldman rolls ? What does the trade get like ??

j aron technically rolls 5th - 9th biz date every month for customer positions. but they pre + post roll the risk -- depending on shape of the curve.

Keep an eye on the futures open interest and options expiration.

DJ------I would say the answer is "yes" because institutional traders are more concerned with gathering assets and matching their benchmarks instead of exceeding them. Individual traders have to try harder than that.

click on US Futures Data and then volume - pick your commodity and all trading months volume and open interest figures are shown - make your choice on highset open interest
