No, because it is "new tech", and anti-vaxxers don't think they will ever suffer from COVID. So since the pill works only after you get COVID, and the anti-vaxxers don't believe they will get COVID, there is no reason for them to take the pill, since once they DO have COVID, they will fight it off with their natural immunity.

And when they are dying in the hospital in a ventilator, they will bemoan how they should have taken the pill.

I'd bet if you put this new pill under a microscope it would look a lot like Ivermectin, and probably chelated with some vitamins C, D and zinc. While not serious, I am serious when I ask why are we all vax or nothing? If we're in a International health crisis shouldn't we be open to using as many tools as we can to address the problem? Everything has been immediately shot down whenever suggested. I'd also like to know how we got from don't trust the vaccine to not only do we trust it, we're mandating it with punishment for those that don't? WTF? Prior to 1/20/2021 it was be skeptical of the Orange Man vaccine to hey, it's fantastic. Was it the "science" that changed on inauguration day, or was it the politics?
Bottom line, get a vaccine, take a FDA approved medication, lose some weight, get fit, eat right, whatever, but reasonable people don't shutdown all discussion of alternatives if they're actually serious about fighting the virus.

I'd take that bet

If a guy was installing thermal insulation in a furnace and he said, I'd like to use cotton wool instead as it looks just like the stuff those "experts" use how would react? Pick an analogy.

What's happening here is a lot of people who have a BeautifulStranger type mind are supporting each others bullshit. You, prone to believe anything a lot of people say because hey, it's a lot of voices saying it, go along.

Ivermectin gets filtered out by the lungs as they are a fantastic filter for chemicals, it's their job. This is where the virus likes to replicate causing pnumonia and death. That's a basic problem.

So you could perhaps find a way to bypass this by altering the molecular structure (which would make it a new drug) but it could then likely bypass the blood-brain barrier and all. So now you have Ivermectin MK2 in the brain but remember, original flavour Ivermectin did not readily do this. Similarly altering delivery by nebulising will result in some larger amount getting into the brain.

Where does this leave you? Are you going to give a new, brain saturating drug to hundreds of millions?

Please, let's just flesh this out so you understand better and can give the broken record a nudge. But I think you prefer to annoy people who are just trying to prevent horrible deaths?
