so what happens to Dubai?

I agree that Dubai is a whole lot of hype at least until Oil comes back (which it will)/ world economies rebound. With that being said can anyone think of a way to short Dubai or to benefit from the boom that may never play out. Here's an interesting website I came across, not the best quality site but shows more about what is planned over there.
