Okay, it's not "one or two", it's precisely 1.67 per day since hostilities began, for a grand total of 460 US deaths up to 12/17.
So much for me picking up a paper. Maybe you should pick up a history book and find me a war that was executed so successfully on such a massive scale with such a minimal loss of life.
Of course it's tragic to the soldiers' families, I didn't even hint that it wasn't. Then again, that's typical liberal 'debating'. We're looking this from a macro point of view, RS. Can you imagine a general bursting into tears at the first news of friendly casualties? Wouldn't make much of a general, right? Well, liberals' propensity to do just that is why I'm glad there's a president with balls out there willing to take the tough, unpopular but very necessary actions to make sure this world is headed in the right direction.
And to answer the question that's undoubtedly on your lips, what is that 'right direction'? Pretty much what you've got in the US -- minus all the liberal welfare junk -- and in the wester world, again, minus all the liberal welfare junk. Some things just are pretty plain vanilla simple. Now you liberal fags -- asshole or fag, good enough in my book; even prick, for my quiter moments -- are running around trying to blame the US for everything and telling the whole world, "no, no Ahmed. There's nothing wrong with your culture, with your values. They're just fine. 'Diversity' is beautiful. It's our fault. We're the bad guys. We have to change." It's a friggin joke.
Imagine. Here we've got the greatest system of government -- which isn't without its faults, no doubt -- and prosperity inducing cultural values -- minus all the liberal welfare junk -- the world has ever seen and rather than trying to get everyone else on earth to see it, learn it, understand it, quit messing things up with their screwball religious beliefs and victim mentalities, we've got these liberals monkeys tree-hugging the whole process. Ridiculous.
