"Maverick...I looked at the times of your posts..I was curious if you were a trader or just liked to hang out on ET and post until well after the sun rises. (OK, maybe you live on the west coast, and it was still dark there....but the markets still open at the same moment there that they do on the east ."
Error, I can tell you without an ounce of doubt that Maverick is not a resident of the West Coast. Try Florida, or maybe Chicago, but definitely not the West Coast.
And yes, I must admit that you make a very interesting observation that our dear friend Maverick has a tremendous amount of time on his hands to post on ET at all hours of the day and night.
My guess, is that he is not a trader nor even an active trader, but instead is an operations guy at a B/D in Florida somewhere.
Just my hunch.

Yes, you are making yourself more and more credible. Keep it up. Show us how smart and witty you REALLY can be when you try.
And this is all brought on by????

Look RS, you're a liberal. So, virtually by definition you're wrong about most of the opinions you hold and policies you advocate. Since the only reason you ever get to hold office is because you're supported by all the losers and deadbeats who at some stage of their lives were undoubtedly the subject matter of books like "Why Johnny Can't Read", for people that understand the way the world works, aka conservatives, that can be kinda hard to take. So cut Pabst some slack, ok?

A: I do not consider myself a "liberal". I just find it easier to debate that side of most issues. And more fun to agitate the most conservative of the ET crowd. Give me a subject, any subject, and I will make a case for the "conservative" side if you wish. No problem
Quote from spect8or:
Oh okay. I see. You're not a "liberal", you just find it easier to debate that side of most issues. Gotcha. And why, may I ask, do you find it 'easier' to debate that side of an issue? Couldn't be because that side of the coin makes more sense. My buddy Sean Hannity proves that every day. Could be it because you agree with that side of the issue? No, that can't be it either. That would make you a "liberal". But you say you're not. Hmm.
Pabst, good to see ya still kicking buddy. You guys are doing a bang up job of keeping these liberal assholes honest.
Hey, hows about the job our boys done in Iraq? Simply brilliant. I don't think there's ever been an invasion as remotely successful as this one. When the best liberals can do is have a whine about the one or two soldiers getting killed here or there -- and the grand total death toll is still outsandingly low -- you know you're doing well. Of course, the big concern is that the Shiite dogs are going to get too much power in any new Iraqi government (obviously oblivious to how badly Islamic government performed in Iran). Still, as life in Arab countries continues to suck and they keep returning to their 'Islamic roots', as a way of finding something to feel good about in their lives, it was quite likely that there would be a show down between the Islamic world and the scapegoats they blame for everything that sucks in their lives, the US and Israel. At least this way, with taking out Afghanistan and Iraq, some of the ragheads might think twice about pulling future nine-elevens. Plus if anything does happen, we've got troops there ready to take them out asap. Thank God Bush is president in these troubled times. A Democrat never would have had the guts to do what was required.

Hey Nolan, you are getting more objective. How about that. LOL. I also agree that he is certain to win now but I think it has less to do with today but rather how some of these democrats are responding to it. I have been watching these interviews on CNN and Clark made a complete ass of himself. Wow. I mean that was bad. It's almost as if someone pushed him in front of a camera and he had no idea what to day. He is going to be regretting that interview. Some of the other candidates were talking as if it would have been better had we not caught him. And a few others were gracious like Leiberman but unfortunately he is too far back to even matter. Dean looks really mad all the time and today was no different. He talked briefly today and you could see his veins popping in his head he was so pissed. LOL. Let's just say he didn't look very presidential.
As to you question is GW good for the old US of A, well I will say that I have never been more proud of him as I am now. The guts that it took for him to lead this war that has been ridiculed from day one and to stay the course and not throw in the towel like all the democrats wanted, well that took character. You might disagree with why we went in, you might disagree with his policies, but that took guts for him to stay the course and I haven't seen that kind of courage in a President since Reagan.

Makes me really proud to be an American.
