So we are actually going to be stuck with Hillary, unbelievable

The people in the media are smart and know what's going on. So it just seems like a liberal bias but in fact is just facts. The GOP establishment are the smart ones. That's how they got there. They are smart, so of course they know that Trump is a yuge joke and an ignorant classless douchebag used car salesman shyster. They know that he would be a disaster for the country.
Media "smart"? Oh, their biased all right...anyone with a "bias" is not being objective or "smart". Ever heard of the phrase "perceptions were correct, but conclusions were wrong"...that's the media. The establishment smart? It's not difficult to fool the "people"...that should be obvious. They are more worried that Trump would be a disaster for their "gravy train" more than the country's welfare.

He didn't win it, an excessive command economy forfeited it.

Yes, the USSR LOST the cold war, and Reagan and the US WON.

So what evidence do you have of this so-called "media bias". Your feels? That you have told that by Trump?

The media bias shit is mostly nonsense. Yes Faux News has bias. Yes MSNBC has some bias. But on average there is no media bias. The media is mostly composed of intelligent people, so of course Trumpers will find them odious.

I could say the same...what evidence do you have the media isn't biased? That's why it's ridiculous to even ask such a type of question...can you prove LOVE exists?

Is the media conservative or is it for social reform and liberal ideas...progressive? The answer should be obvious! It's interesting how you link Trumpers and belief in a biased media. I've believed the media was biased way before the Trumper ran for office...last +20 years. Why do you think the media is so intelligent? Too much of their intelligence goes out the window making sure their "AGENDAS" are met or...you know..make a story fit even if it's not there! Sure, the media does well at times, but I consider them a NECESSARY EVIL! Are you really this naive?

It does not matter at all which ideology or country won or lost. In the end it always matters whether you gained in quality of life as an individual or not. Trump is selling you the illusion that with him and more isolation and less trade the small guy who lost out will be able to play catch up. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If it was true what you say then by extension all people in former eastern block countries in Europe should feel they lost out as well. Not true. Most concede they are winners in that their living standards and quality of life are vastly higher today than under the USSR umbrella.

Your quality of life is what matters, and unless you count yourself part of the top 1% you simply lost out, and certainly will Trump's interest not be aligned with yours. No matter how crooked Hillary might be at least she will benefit the middle class more than Trump. You might not agree with the ideology of a social market economy (though it has been shown that it benefits the life quality of people as displayed in most Northern European countries much more than crony capitalism, look no further than rankings of societies by overall quality of life, I think the US ranked 28th in the most recent and most comprehensive study ever undertaken).

The argument that businesses that are in better shape benefit the middle class is moot as it has been disproven over the past 20 years. Is the US middle class better off than 20 years ago while most US businesses have soared? The US has made a successful transition from mining, smelting, fabrics, to high tech and services. There are some who are left behind. There will always be. We can work with those who are willing to be re-trained. What Trump is advocating is to bring back low paid jobs to the US. First of all that won't happen and secondly it is not even beneficial if it happened.

Feel free to reel against Hillary, I don't like her either and believe she is as dirty as it gets (as is Trump) but if you focus your whole outlook on life on 2 candidates then you are missing the vastly more important points.

I'm not for protectionism. You're talking to the wrong guy.

Trump is advocating protectionism more than any other president in the past 20 years.

PS I hope you derived a little more value out of my post than just this bit on protectionism. In fact I was not even saying you are for protectionism.
