So we are actually going to be stuck with Hillary, unbelievable

Manufacturing jobs are not middle class, never have been.

Seriously? Tell that to laid off auto and steel workers. Tell it to the Carrier employees whose jobs are going to mexico. Tell it to the coal miners whose lives were devastated by Obama.

Absolutely right, non of those jobs are middle class. Those miners and lower level employees simply need to adopt, meaning, retrain and change careers. Happens in every society as it moves ahead from manufacturing to services and high tech. China will suffer from those problems as well, in fact it already does.

You have this exactly backwards. Trump is advocating keeping a manufacturing base, something vital to any superpower. Manufacturing jobs are not low paid. They provided a decent middle class lifestyle for millions of people. The same with energy jobs that Obama has gone out of his way to destroy. Now many of those communities are wracked by opiate addiction. Well done, Mr. President.

CORRECTAMUNDO!

Historically, economic power has rested in the countries who lead in manufacturing.

For the American Lefty/Commie government to support giving away our manufacturing base is a horrid economic mistake!

Used to be years ago... you know before American politicos shoved their head up their collective butts... that a guy could graduate from HS and get a well-paying job and the "plant" or the "mill" and enjoy a middle-class life. Now days, people get worthless degrees to get jobs as waiters and bar tenders at near minimum wage.... not the mention the 6-figure college loan debt.

America was in the cat bird seat.... and pissed it all away for power lust and greed. Shameful!

:(

Manufacturing jobs are not middle class, never have been. China is losing its manufacturing jobs, those are moving to Vietnam and Africa. Nothing Middle class attached to manufacturing. At least not when you believe in hard cold capitalism. Of course you can "protect" manufacturing salaries through union thug bully type of methods or force high salaries through legislation but wasn't that in the first place why manufacturers shifted jobs to lower cost countries. By extension, do you also want to bully a manufacturer who moves from Boston to Alabama because it's cheaper to produce down South?
Really? How do you define middle class? If you use income then most all manufacturing jobs are middle class.

Are you using education to define class structure? Not a good indicator because some of the dumbest fucks I know have an "education". Maybe you're using white collar or blue collar as you indicator, in which case I guess you consider a paper pusher a cut above, say, a welder. Whatever, that just makes you a snob. Bottom line, to state that people working in manufacturing aren't in the middle class is just not factual in the USA. Now if you want to talk about third world countries and slave labor countries like China, that's a different story altogether.

it is factual today. It was not before but it is today. You know, societies and economies evolve, they change over time, manufacturing is nowadays done by developing countries. Services and high tech by the industrial leaders. Maybe you want to get comfortable with that unless you look to turn over world order...what I find funny is that you subscribe to a crooked business man who made money off the back of ripping off others, yet, you are trying to defend the small guy in mining or welding. Its almost identical to promoting Jews while at the same time voting for Hitler. Something just does not fit into this picture.

I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I'm not a big advocate of Trump for one. That said, he isn't what I would call a crooked businessman. He's just a businessman who pushes the envelope, using any and all laws to the fullest extent in which those laws can benefit him. Sometimes that means vendors and contractors get hosed. It's business.
I have always been an advocate for the blue collar worker and have made numerous posts here over the years stating that. I have always stated that the boardroom boyz have fucked up this country/economy and have numerous posts over the years stating that. I have always held the position that most every politician regardless of party should be swinging from a rope, and again, have numerous posts over the years stating that.
Now if you actually believe that Hillary is somehow different and will bring truth and justice to government...you're an idiot. She is the typical political hack, corrupt to her very core and will do nothing, absolutely nothing to benefit the average Joe, just like Obama hasn't done a god damn thing to benefit the working man. Will Trump? Who the hell knows, but I do know what's been going on and what's going on is that all these cocksuckers sleep with each other and there is no difference between them. NONE!

you are shifting the topic. I never delineated between blue collar and non-blue collar. And nobody talked about overpaid CEOs or board room managers. This is about people who previously packed Pampers diapers from the assembly line into boxes (fill in jobs that equally require little to no training or skills) somewhere in the US now doing the same in Mexico. People like that are not living a middle class life style and never were. Those are the jobs that were shipped overseas. I was never talking about your local plumber, crafts man, or cabinet maker.

P.S.: Re your point that you are not a big advocate of Trump, shall I cite your over probably 200 posts (I am highly conservative here, maybe it reaches 1000+ posts?) where you directly supported Trump and praised him and his various insinuations?

Unless those workers deserve to get hosed by Drumpf...

Yes, you should cite those 200 to 1000 posts where I supported and praised Trump. I can find more posts where I was more critical of him than supportive, and everyone here knows that. You may find a few where I agree with his in your face fuck you attitude to the PC thugs like yourself. Other than that you won't find much.

Well at least you adopted his tone and language very well. Nice choice of words there.
