Actually, I like days like today, very slow congestive state, you just learn to trade what the market is willing to give you.

You probably trade pre market alot, I like the recent action too, it's similar to middle of the night trading. The trick is you just put your trade on and walk away from the computer. On one trade I had a few point target and it took nearly 14 hours before it was hit.
