So - the answer to "Will Putin Invade Ukraine"

So we had oil demand destruction on the back of the pandemic dropping domestic production down dramatically and just like during Pres Obama's two terms, when Alaska's dinbatty former Governor said to drill baby drill, we did even though right-wingnuts erroneously said - errr I mean - lied that we didn't .... same is happening now with Pres Biden.

I actually felt really bad for the girl in that Miss Teen USA video. She was bullied for years after that, contemplated suicide, and for some odd reason she actually received death threats. We've all said and done stupid things as teenagers, unfortunately for her she was on the national stage for her moment.

When did anybody say they were not drilling? Haven't seen that stated anywhere on this thread. Perhaps you could quote it and point it out for all of us. I know I stated he was not allowing drilling on federal land, and discontinued production of the pipeline, which would increase the supply of oil exponentially, as did another, but never saw anyone state he wasn't allowing any drilling. It happening has nothing to do with Bidens EO banning it. Why ban it? Explain.
 
In other news, European Union countries talking about sanctions against Russia. Only a matter of time before Russia tells European Union countries, guess what the price of natural gas has gone up 30%, either pay up or I will cut your supply. Then, announces a cut in oil production, as oil is going higher, closing in on $100 a barrel? What could go wrong when Joe Biden and NATO jocks in full control? Good luck with that!

My post was not directed towards any wingnuts or posts in particular here and I have nothing to explain that my chartpic doesn't already, that we are and will continue for many years if not decades to come, drill for oil in this country. Notwithstanding the hysteria from those who wish we drill every last square inch of land (including submerged) in US. that isn't already covered in cement.

While I'm sure there are nuts on both sides of that argument I'm pretty sure the majority just want balance, not acquiescing to one side. The technology just isnt there, or even close to there, to be dying on that hill, especially when you are leader.
