The plot thickens… leaks continue to flow out of the Supreme Court’s conservative justices. It is now suspected that Alito’s office may have leaked the draft to sure up the preliminary majority that was allegedly faltering as the decision was being worked out. The claim is that Alito/Thomas were concerned Kavanaugh or others may pull out at the last minute like Roberts did with the ACA…
Also, allegedly, there are other drafts and the Alito draft is the first draft.

It is pretty much a given in light of the way the process works.
Politico is reporting is reporting there are no other drafts or dissents circulating. That in and of itself seems odd.
Sure as hell does. Not only from a process point of view but it implies that Politico still has access to an active leaker versus a one-off access to a draft copy.
If Politico is not game-playing to pretend that they are Woodward and Bernstein or something.

I believe that that protests should never be allowed outside the private residences of public officials. This is nothing more than intimidation.
The proper place to protest would be outside in front of the Supreme Court in the allowed area for protests (where many protests have been held in the past regarding SC actions/cases).
