Maybe you should buy another 16GB of RAM, its really cheap these days and you are so loaded. Then the OS will be using less than 10% of memory and your life will be so much better.

He is right and you have no clue.

While Win 7 and Vista will use about 2GB RAM, they are also 64-bit allowing for 8GB RAM (or maybe even 12, I forgot). As opposed with Win XP which is 32-bit, which maxes the PC at 4GB RAM.

So your point is simply redundant.

You could try Win Xp 64-bit, but some have compatibility problems with it, required some basic OS knowledge, which you simply do not have.

Oh and by the way, LOL! at you spending $5.5k on a PC.

Back in the early days efficiency was important.
Find something relevant to discuss like Angels dancing on a pin head for a worthwhile discussion.
It's only a trading machine. You aren't investigating theoretical physics.
 
feeling agitated about something? Just because someone has a different opinion than you does not mean he/she is clueless. Pretty much everybody in this thread agree the OP is clueless about his topic and its apparently clear he lacks intellect in the way he responds to others.

When you re-read my previous posts you find that I most always comment on things I feel I am knowledgeable to talk about. Well this is relative so you are allowed to disagree but your blanked statement only demonstrates you either feel very emotional about one of my opinions or possibly take this forum a little too serious and your little ego got hurt...anyway, no harm intended...take others' opinions or leave (or block them), you have plenty choices ;-)

P.S.: I dont think you should speak for others, btw, unless you are some sort of ET sheriff or manage multiple aliases.
