I have posted this before. It is a picture of the gate to the neighborhood where I went to elementary school. I lived in the big house on the hill built by the developer of the neighborhood, Peter Kern.

In my case, my allowance was strictly limited. No cash. This is due thieves who stole, did not want to get caught and did not want me walking into the room to catch them.
As I have pieced together over 47 years, my allowance was set at $100k/year. That was not adjusted for inflation. And, instead of the lawyer showing up with my trust fund documentation, they forced me to work for it. They did not want me to learn of the trust. It is likely most of the Rockefeller and other fortunes derive from my original trust fund. Most recently, the thieves keep fighting back to not get caught and their response was to set my allowance to $0 in an attempt to kill me.
True royalty has genetic superiority over the population. Without a guillotine of death preventing superior intelligence and skills from rising to power, this would happen naturally. Meritocracy is prevented due to thieves being in charge.
The royalty in England is a good example. Prince William, for example, is genetically superior to pretty much everyone in England. He has innate intelligence and skills that are superior. Some has been dumbed down over the generations, with deliberateness, however Prince William can learn to fly military aircraft faster and more easily than just about anyone else. He has, in fact, proven that.
In my case, I have some of those genetics. Some in the military decided to test me from birth. Some wanted to create a super-soldier, others wanted to use me for training.
If you have heard of the MK-ultra experiments. Some of that is used to gain control over the superior genetic subjects. Frankly some in power and deathly afraid of the subjects due to their superior abilities. So they systematically destroy their psychology to gain control over them.
The above was done to me. Part of the reason I was not allowed to succeed financially and socially in the United States was because they could not get a psychological leverage point over me to control me. Knee-jerk assassins come to mind. They trained me to be one, but I do not respond to their triggers except to punch a wall or something.
Admirals and generals at the Pentagon would set up tests to see what I was capable of. They did not know who I was, as they reviewed the data from afar. However, "scenarios" would be orchestrated around me. Nearly all were at the risk of death. Essentially, I have been tested by every hard-ass commander in the military to see if I was "good enough". My only reward was survival.

I was building 3-room igloos in the 9th grade to survive the Maryland winter. Now, I did have a house, it was a test.
In the last 6 years, they built an assassin training school around me, with me in the king position. Many trainees were told that to become the king assassin, they had to kill the king assassin. Part was a stupidity test for the trainees. Part was an attempt to set up survival situations and/or kill me.
