The current judge has already heard arguments on the motion to dismiss and the Soros tart is asking for a change of judge before he has ruled on that.
Man, that is some kind of messy proceedings right there. Or will be if allowed. With the usual caveat that "what the hell do I know" especially about Missouri law, I would think that she had a right to request a change of judge at the commencement of the hearing on the dismissal but cannot just play that card at the end of hearing because she did not like the way it seemed to go.
