Chances are I am overly excited and taking bad trades due to positive reinforcement in my brain though. Quitting for today if these get closed.
HK33 closed out for -130.
Move stop 7634 to place NQ trade on different time frame as I think we could well see further downside for October.

Might take on more trades tonight, want to see how overnight gap and action develops. For now, I figure it's best to not be greedy and wait for retracement beyond the ~1.5x leverage trade I got on. Result for today is +4200 or so which is decent. I need to become better at adding quicker to my position when trend is in my favor as it would have been quite easy to make twice or thrice that given the clean price movement today.
Of course, I have the intraday trend following algo that is supposed to do that but I need to improve it before relying on it again as it didn't do impressively in August, hence I am back to issuing orders manually.

New account high today of course, doubled PL YTD. (This makes sense since account size was doubled via deposits in July and I am only recently starting to take large enough positions to match in scale.)
Challenge from here will be to avoid hubris. A couple of bad trades of this size will be enough to set me back to zero.

I don't want to be super-heavy through the Thursday as A) I have to multitask as I have to manage my business, B) there's a lot US data coming during day, C) I've already made a lot last day which tends to mean revert, D) Thursdays are by far my weakest day this year according to stats collected by my trading app as well as my own impression of days I can't watch market screwing me.
Edit: Over-management of trade no doubt, staying in would have been nice.
