Basically, a couple founded snopes and, surprise, after they got successful, problems arose and they filed for divorce. The husband is alleged to have used company funds to pay for prostitutes, which does not seem to be a stretch in view of the fact his new wife is a former escort who now works at snopes. Facebook is putting its fake news detection in the hands of Snopes, Politifact and ABC News. What a relief, no bias there. Now if we could just get Trump off Twitter, things could more or less go back to normal when the WashPost and NY Times told us what to think.
