It´s Imbel FAL (licensed Brasil made FN FAL).
Why do you guys feel the need to convince me to change my approach? I don't get it. So I will try to explain for the last time. There is nothing wrong with my trading approach. In fact, it makes much more sense than most of KISS approaches I have seen everywhere. If you trade crossing EMAs for example or CCIs then just be aware that there are hundreds of thousands of other traders who are trading the same thing. And while you think about that, remember the percentages of winning and losing traders.

Besides of that, I am in contact with couple of very successful and experienced traders who ear big money trading and who helped me with my strategy. So what do you think I am going to do? Listen to anonymous traders whose results I didn't see or to someone who I know is successful in trading?

So, if you don't like my approach, that is perfectly ok. Just trade your own strategy. There are millions of ways how to profit in the markets. I am not going to change my approach anytime soon, so we are both waisting our time and energy if you try to convince me to change it.

You've been at this for six years, decided to try something different two years ago, lost 20% of your account last year, and have been trading what you're trading now for a month. If you're happy with it and you're "listening" to a couple of "very successful and experienced traders" rather than those here who have suggestions to make, why post here at all, particularly if you have no intention of changing your approach any time soon?

Don't wish to change your ways, if your very happy with your results, I think guys who are making consistent six-figures since the early 1990s have no business telling you what to do. I will shut my mouth, got out of my HAIN at $54+ ($7,000 gain for the day trading, not bad!). Other's Traders on Elite probably should shut their mouths so as not to corrupt your Trading Patterns or Algo and Stats methods.

Good Luck and I hope you make good money, I think it's best for us all to shut up and let you discover what is making you consistent money. Bye!

I will allow Robert Green CPA to do my taxes and post them under another name, he's a very awesome dude! Most people have problems thinking others can hit 6 or 7 figures in a year, when Robert does my taxes in April I will allow him to create some method to hide my name and post my US IRS 1040 and K-1 Partnership Income and "Carry Interest". 2.2.2015 trading results

Today’s trading was tough fight for me but with happy ending. I was totally frustrated at the beginning after I was stopped 3 times in a row with market hitting my stop losses with unbelievable precision (it went just 2 ticks, 5 ticks and then 1 tick below my SL). Needless to say that in all of these cases, market shot in my direction with great volatile move. This means I was right with the entry but I didn’t calculate with the volatile moves. Partly my mistake and partly simply bad luck. Very important (specially for me, since I am hot headed) was that I didn’t loose my mind and didn’t start to make stupid trades to reduce the loss. I waited patiently until I saw next opportunity and then I shot back with excellent precision with Trade 4, which erased my loss and I made some money on top of it. I made two quick trades later in the evening and called it a long and hard day.



T1 This was very nice setup, entry price was also ok. I could argue with myslef about not taking the first momentum target at 8-9 ticks, but according to the tape, I was expecting much bigger movement. So the market firs touched my PT at 10 ticks, I was not filled and then went 2 ticks below my stop loss, just to make sure it gets filled

T2 I didn’t reenter on the same level but waited for pullback. I was right with the structure again and market really pulled back before it rallied up. I placed quick order after it stoped moving down and was happy about my good price until the market made yet another volatile jump down taking my SL out again. -6

T3 Another break entry. Again very nice situation on tape. I saw many hasty bears trying to push the market but they run out of breath. I entered long, market moved and touched my PT at +12 without triggering it and after that it went down just one tick below my SL. Dejavú and frustration. -8

I promised myself I won’t do any hasty trades and enter just in clear setups, I kept waiting until I saw another opportunity for break in NQ.

T4 This was again excellent orderflow situation. Trapped bears in agony couldn’t get out of the position. I nearly felt sorry for them. I placed my LIMIT order well before the market moved to it’s price level. It is all about wholesale

This allowed me to use very limited risk and I almost didn’t have to manage the trade at all. After the market returned for my LMT order, it rallied up very fast. I had heat 3 ticks for approx. 3 seconds. This is perfect example of sniper trade, this is how I like to trade. I saw great volatility and strong market so I moved my PT just before the high of the day. It took the market just 2 minutes and 46 seconds before it reached it. $190 in 3 minutes, you gotta love trading sometime.+38

This is the moment when I placed my limit order in the market, waiting for the market to trigger it:



T5 I tried quick long but couldn’t get out at +7. I didn’t want to risk more so I got out at BE+1

T6 Another long, while feeding on hasty bears stop losses. This time in DowJones. Even when I saw the potential to move to the POC, I opted for quick +7

I see where are you going with this, but just think about it. Would you change your strategy if I told you so? Internet is full of anonymous people, I don't know you, you don't know me.

I see many journals, but nobody is sharing his or hers statements here. Don't take it personaly but it simply doesn't make sense to change something what I KNOW FOR FACT IS WORKING when somebody who you don't know tells you so. You can call me arogant if you wish but I had my share of changing systems, looking for holly grail etc. My approach is based on the core of WHY THE MARKETS MOVE. I really don't need to change that and I didn't come here to seek other systems.

Only thing what I need to work on in my trading is my head. That's it.

And I apologize if I upset you, that was not my goal, but I keep getting advices all the time that I need to change this and that and I don't know how to explain that I don't care for changes.

The reason I came here is very selfish. I need someone to watch over my shoulder. For me it is enough to know that I have to show you all of my trades. Just the thought makes me more responsible. I don't want to change my approach at all. The system works, it is perfect, logic, suits me. I would appreciate any discusion, but not like - I can see your system is too complicated, you need to use EMAs not this. Thanx but I don't want to.

I would love to hear about your trades. How was your trading day today, what are your current challenges etc. I would love to discuss mental challenges - how you overcame drawdowns, what is the most challenging about trading, how trading changed you, I would love to hear your story, I would love to hear about your trading carrer.

I even don't care if you want keep writing me what I need to change about my approach, but it's just waste of your energy because I won't do it. So I wanted to make that clear in respect to you guys.

Again, sorry if I upset someone. That was not my intention. And again, I believe that some of you are successful, but the most wonderfull thing about trading is that we can all trade differently and still make money.

Yet, you came here for the "need someone to watch over my shoulder". What the heck does that mean because at first glance...it almost seem like you're saying that we have some kind'uv ability to keep you focus on what you're trying to do even though we don't know what you're trying to do.

Ok, I get the part where you don't want others giving you advice about the your trade strategy and you don't want them to waste their time in making recommendations because you ain't gonna make any changes.

Therefore, what exactly do you want or need from anonymous posters here at this forum that you're not getting from tweeting, blogging and the help from successful/experience traders elsewhere ?

P.S. You made an earlier comment about that other journals here at ET do not have statements as if you're the only one. That's very untrue. In fact, its a little funny because many of those other journals that have statements here at Elitetrader.com...those OP's like you make the same comment...others aren't posting statements.

I'm afraid I don't understand what someone watching over your shoulder is supposed to watch. Or say about what they've seen. And if you don't want to change your approach, why bother watching at all, much less commenting.

As for me, I've got five journals posted. But I doubt they'd be of any interest.

By the way, Mark (wrb) is an experienced and profitable trader. I wouldn't be too quick to blow him off, given the amount of time you've spent on this.
