Trump supporter lashes out at border wall being built on his property: ‘This will ruin my lifestyle’

Richard Drawe lives in Weslaco, Texas, is a farmer and a Trump supporter, but he’s mad that President Trump’s long-promised border wall is going to mess up his way of living.

“I’m 70 years old and it’s gonna ruin my lifestyle here of living in the country,” he told NPR. “To have that wall there is just going to really disturb me.”

“I told them that this stupid wall is going to have lights on it. It’s going to be like being behind a prison wall, lights and everything,” Drawe said. “And I said, ‘You put them lights up on me and my house, I’m going to shoot them out.’

You know why E-Verify? Because the project was started in 1996 and advanced very very slowly under pressure from Repug (and Dem) businesses who saw it as a problem for them hiring cheap labour.

Don't pivot like a Trump fence. No jobs, no immigrants. Simples.

The wall is a tool in border defense aimed at impeding illegals. It will be coupled with electronic surveillance and more border agents. The wall will slow the speed of crossings and allow agents to stop miscreants. ---and oh yeah, I suspect that there will be barbed or razor wire at the top when complete. ----I am in full favor of wall construction and I expect it to be complete during Trump's second term.---
