AR-15's were easily modified in 1994 to accommodate the assault weapon ban. I doubt very much that un_American gun control will occur. Good, the focus should be on building security.
Smith & Wesson is pushing 8% today, but I would look for a post earnings bump. I will buy at support, or the day before earnings. There are also some unique option plays here. Gun sales are surging, there is no question they will beat earnings. I also saw an article where bullet proof vests and backpacks for children were spiking.
