Are foreigners trading remotely at these firms required to get a Series 56?

What are other prop firms that allow trading access to SPX or ES options spreads on CBOE and CME?
 
The last I know, T3 does not take non-US residents. Not sure about SMB but they will require Series 56 if they do indeed take non-US citizens. Not sure which props give options access as the one I currently trade with provides cash market access only currently
