small yellow "Funds on hold" banner on mobile tws portfolio page

Has anyone noticed that before ?
It popped up today on my account, narrow yellow banner below the account summary, above the portfolio details, there´s no amount next to it. On account management it seems I´m still able to withdraw funds, but only those held in cash (without using margin at least) .
A bit confused because I checked a relative´s account and it shows the same banner, but on his withdrawal page he can access the same funds as usual, using margin.
Any feedback ? Anyone noticing the same banner ?

Btw the banner is only on mobile TWS, everything looks fine including the available funds on the desktop account page of TWS. If this was some kind of bug I´d expect more posters here to see it. I noticed that just after US market close today, not the first time I see something weird on TWS especially outside market hours, but first time I notice "Funds on hold"
Calling IB now, been on hold for a while, might end up out of phone credit before they pick up the phone.

edit: got IB on the phone and rep said it was a display issue, happening to many people. Her claimed there was no restriction on the account, but it´s still looking the same here, including the available funds for withdrawal on account management equaling to the cash balance of the currency involved in the withdrawal.
