small timer's 1-10 lot live ES video journal

7/22/13 - p/l +$37.94 (1 sloppy ES trade). Early morning I correctly identified a reversal pattern but failed to get filled by .25. The trade I entered was poorly executed. I scaled into a 3-lot early for happy hour when seeing short-term lower lows, lower short-term highs. Should have waited until 2:30est and bought at vwap after strength and a swing high with a 1.75 point stop. Video of this poorly executed trade is below.

7/25/13 - p/l +$71.42 (2 trades 1 short 1 long, both winners, need to hold longer) Went long at 1676.50 with a stop at 74.75 at 11:50est after bottoming action and support, was counter trend, so closed it quickly, could have been a big winner if I let it ride.
Not making much money, trying to protect profits as market may be topping. Starting to look for more shorts if action is weak.

7/26/13 - p/l +$163.18 Went long ES @ 1676.50 11:52est after evidence of a bottom for the day. Originally planned to hold until 80.50 pivot area, but sold early again on a small pullback for +1 only had 1 contract. I don't like giving up even 1 point of profit which could turn into a loss. I'll have to work on this. Thinking about starting a new journal where real time entries will be posted, and can be peer reviewed for adjustments to targets/stops etc. I think when I build up 10k of profit I might do this to help extract more daily profit.

I'll be taking withdrawals out -around $600 a month out of the account to pay bills.

7/26/13 - p/l +$125.94 (1 long 2-lot ES trade, 1 short ES put trade) Went long at 11:43am EST @ 1677.25 after evidence of a bottom (ES could only press the lows by .25, so a short-term double bottom, seller exhaustion) had a stop just below lod. Sold 1 at +1 and held the second for a possible runner, but was stopped out for +.25. Would have been a 5 point gainer if not for this stop. ES hitting a high of 1684 around 2:40pm EST.

7/30/13 - p/l +$18.78 (3 ES trades 1 short 2 long) Bought 3-ES at 11:53am est @ 1685.50 x2 + 1683.50 x1, looking back was a downtrend on 15m chart. Closed at 81 for around -$580. Immediately reversed with a 5-lot on support break/sell side price action, ended up making back +$520 on this trade. Then reversed long with a 2-lot at 2:15pm est on bottoming action and this sent me in to the black for the day.

7/31/13 - p/l +$25.52 Got up early to check adp/gdp and was tired rest of the day. Bot 1690/95 bull call spread before fed, only sold 1 of 3 for a double rest for less. Last one sold 2 more 95 calls, was stupid and cost me at least $100.Should have just stuck it out could have been a 3 bagger. Missed an ES long after fed on pullback by .25 --could have got 3-4 points but no luck.

8/01/13 - p/l +$466.04 (3 ES 1-lot scalps, 1 ES 10-lot scalp towards close). Bull trend today. Had trouble early getting into a long on a pullback. Bought a 10-lot 1701.50 at 3:31 on buy side strength/bull trend. Scaled out with a stop at 1701.75 after 1 point move in my favor.
