use a straight ruler and you will notice that its uptrend is still intact.

Small caps can easily lose a third in a month....its one of those indexes that can outperform many markets quickly, but when that upward trajectory comes to a halt these stocks plummet super quick.

Its like saying, people + institutions were buying more IWM in DEC 2019, volume wise . OF COURSE , IWM was priced @$166.666 area\then the big bear trend.
Its also like saying 4 or 5 months up in a row\maybe due\ overdue for a correction.
But weekly sell volume has been weak, so those that have profits may not need to invest/more money.
Selloffs are so sharp + swift i like other trends...........................................................
