Interesting blurb in the middle of this CNBC article. It's being imported back into China the same way it left......

Actually, people who know they have it and breaking self quarantine. We need to hold people accountable for their actions. And people just need to take this shit seriously. When shit hits the fan in China, everyone in the US was complacent.

But they could have for 14days with no symptoms so it's just not that easy.

They was seeing it as just a bad Flu and didnt see the treatment level required to keep the fatal rate low.

What does "hold accountable" mean to you. Impose martial law? Because we kind of have this whole freedom of movement and association thing going in most democracies. Most people kind of value it. I think you have no idea what that throwaway line actually means in practice.
