Have you been asleep? Housing prices (and rents) have been rising fast since before Trump was in office. Houses being sold out from under renters is a long term phenomena. The trends of the last few months are not increased relative to past years.

I was against guns, but if the UK still had guns, it would be a lot harder to push in the lefti facist agenda that's coming pretty hard, trying to ban protesting so you can't even complain FFS over here, so the lives saved or moved to hammers / knives cause if you want to kill someone you'll find a way, just makes it harder.
