USD/JPY is a great pair to simply position trade. It is a mellow multi-hundred mover and is the pair I'd recommend first after EUR/USD.
Be careful with GBP/USD though, it is expensive as all get out and the silver spikes can be murder if you are a deep dweller vampire-type.
If you get hooked on cable just make sure you're on the right side of the trade - you can make awesome money (read 500+ point TPs).
It's a DBP (deep blood pit).

EUR is lurking at the bottom PLEASE BREAK for 100 + Please Please 126.02 Ive been trading & have had a few down days. So the lack of motivaton to post.. for the last guy about 2-3 g a day in commissions.. maybe need a cheaper way I trade E-minis usualy 5-10 contract orders. about 40 bucks R/T It adds up.Im still learnin.. So I trade alot.. maybe less trading = more money?

The more you watch it the less it will move. Just let it go, come back in a week. It will print 125 sometime in that period.

This chart has a little story.
So hellish I just had to share it with you.
Misery loves company.
This took place over the last 6-hours.
I was long AUD/JPY and was lucky enough to close a couple small scalps of around 8-points each as the price tide ebbed and flowed.
The first red X marks the point where I WAS 1-PIP AWAY from closing the trade at my TP. Later it tumbled down the purple line to the white line.
I was away from my keyboard somewhere during the tumble, even though I thought I recognized the upward pattern, feeling pretty sure it was going to return back up again.
But I figured I had blown the chance to close the trade at my TP.
While I was away, depressed reading and munching more snacks down like a pig, look at the turquoise-colored line (actually called cyan).
The price floated UP even PAST my TP...
*extending a trembling hand to swipe at his matted hair*
Next, notice the white line at the top peak far ABOVE.. PAST my TP.
The next red X (lower right) marks where the price was when I got back to my trading station (my filthy keyboard and grease-stained mouse).
My beautiful long that I was waiting HOURS for to close is NOW -10... it was the perfect miss.
I'm feeling sick....
