We have a lot of good medicine for all these illnesses but we can't make money selling it in their country so we need to import the sick people and sell the medicine here so they can get well.

By the way American men bring back way more diseases to the US from their various trips to Central America and Thailand than any immigrant would. A friend who is medical doctor told me once. Why? Each and every legal immigrant is screened for health and the sick are either rejected or treated. Sick Americans coming back to their home are checked for nothing.
