Sitting for more then 6 hours leads to death...even if you exercise...

This article is NOT about sudden death after sitting for long periods of time. This article is about how sitting for more then 6 hours of time will contribute to your ultimate demise.

The argument here is that one big exercise session in a day is not going to keep you healthy. What will keep you healthy is exercise and activity throughout the day. Lets take, for instance, a regular workplace. Instead of simply getting up away from your desk and making camp in the break-room, why not go outside for a brisk 5 minute walk, do pushups or jumping jacks? At lunch time go for a short jog of a half-mile to a mile? In a regular workplace, you get 3 opportunities during the day for exercising. While sitting at your desk you can also do twists and other exercises.

Sitting all day long for long periods of time is simply unhealthy.

"One big exercise session" per day will not keep you healthy is YOUR characterization. The devil is in the details. How little exercise is too little??

could jerking off frequently alleviate the dangers associated with sitting still for prolonged periods of time?

Dr. Shortie Asperger Out

The scary part is the pictures right before his death.

The pictures and videos reveal a healthy fit man. He doesnt have a double chin or overweight. In fact, I bet he worked out each day.

So its just not good to sit still for long periods of time.

What is a long period of time? How long is too long :D

an hour per day? two hours? 5 hours? 15 minutes??

Do you grasp the fact that birth is a death sentence.
It is what you do with the gap in between that defines your life.
Use it or waste it ... it is over to you since it is your life.

I can't sit for 6 hours. I usually get up and walk (pace somedays:eek: :D ) around every hour.

Exercise 45 minutes/day
Eat a VERY clean diet
Sip cold water while awake
Get eight hours of sleep
