Sites that evaluate systems and newsletters

There are hundreds of people selling trading software, advice, newsletters, etc. Anyone know of a site where opinions can be posted --- much like the great way software is rated on Elite Trader??

Also, there used to be the "Club 3000" which rated trading systems. They got their name from the fact that most trading systems sold for $3,000. This was about 15 years ago.

It's unclear to me whether you are looking for message boards where you can post or sites that rank systems, but anyway

be aware that some websites create their own comparison websites, and put themselves on top. i saw it in industries other than trading, so no reason to assume it won't happen here too. in fact i'm surprised it didn't happen here first.
