Look at the financials of Liberty and you will see what I mean. The deal doesn't make sense.

considering how poorly so many of these suits have done, apparantly few are actually qualified.

they only claim to be and demand to be paid up front.

The part that it must be paying cash for such deal, cause there aren't any credit market for financing it, or new issue of security to dilute share price.
