Seems like most are MY SECRET INDICATOR or HOW TO USE THESE INDICATORS. Obviously nonsense. Because you know, if you have a winning system, you definitely don't use it yourself - you sell it for $59 on youtube videos really.
But what would you ACTUALLY look for. Like, I feel like most of these are directed at noobs who think if I could just learn the best combination of indicators I would win.
Is there anything you would actually consider good in a course?
back to the original thread:
Reason #1 why futures trader fail. Consider this:
•A 100 students take a basic math course and 95% fail the final exam: who do we blame? The teacher!
•A 100 students take a futures trading course and 95% fail at trading – who do we blame? The student trader! Really?
•Be advised the infinite vast majority of “training and teaching” courses are garbage and those that teach are useless and unskilled.
•Such courses ooze redundant information and unsubstantiated strategies but little knowledge or wisdom; otherwise why would so many fail?
•Those that can’t do, teach!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reason #2 why futures trader fail. Consider this:
•100 athletes try out for the Olympic Archery Team, 95% fail to make the team – who do we blame? No one!
•Olympic Archery requires true talent and by definition true talent is rare; few will have it. We expect 95% fail.
•Futures trading likewise requires true talent and by definition true talent is rare; few will have it. We expect 95% failure.
Reason #3 why futures trader fail. Consider this:
•100 students send in writing essays for the National Essay Contest, 95% fail to have their essay selected – who do we blame? The vast competition!
•Futures trading is highly competitive – each day we are trading against tens of thousands of other futures traders
•This vast competition is invisible and yet intense.
•Even worse, futures trading is a zero sum game – for someone to win, someone has to loose.
