It says: "They are even thinking about building a black box for doing interbank currency trading electronically. The idea is to trade all the world's currencies in a rapid-fire system that Simultaneously buys and sells the same currency" on The Predictors (by Thomas Bass; p.305), do you believe that?

How they do that?

This worked well once upon a time when computers were something elaborate and difficult to understand.

Now interbank traders platforms automatically look for the bid/ask.
