Does there a exist software that will allow you to replay history in various timeframes of stocks/futures? Bascially relive the past as if it's happening in realtime?

Another great software is Genesis Financial Trade Navigator. They have a tick-by-tick replay for futures, stocks and forex for any day and timeframe you choose.
