I am interested as well.. I just received an offer from simplex. I always though I would need to be licensed to become a trader but with them it is not the case. Also will they pay for continued education..MBA?

Yeah I think so, I think they clear their trades through them, but I'm not totally sure.

any of you guys know how flexible they are with the starting salary? I like the place, but my previous gig was 2x what they start you off with... thats a huge salary cut :-(
