Simplest Way to Automatically Reallocate?

My Excel model produces a simple text file every day which contains only two rows

Cryptocurrency 1, xx%
Cryptocurrency 2, xx%

I want to find a simple way to automatically reallocate these two tickers to the percentage numbers at the end of every day.

Does such program already exist? Do I have to write my own programs with the Broker API? If so, is there a simple way/wrapper to do it (I am not very good at programming)?

I am using Binance because it has the high liquidity, but if there is another broker with high volume and a simpler system that can achieve the automation I am open for it too.
