Simpler way to close combo trade in TWS

Putting on a multi legged option trade is relatively easy on TWS. I can see that the platform recognizes the combo that I put on by giving it the appropriate name(strangle,iron condor etc.) Why is it then, that I don't find any simple way to simply close the whole combo one shot. Why do I need to enter the individual legs into the 'option spreads' window in order to close a combo?
Am I missing something? IB rep could not assist me.

Are you using Option Trader?

If you are using Futures Options, you probably won't see your order anyway...so maybe it is recognizing it - and maybe it's even live at the exchange, but you won't be able to see it.

It's been a known bug with IB off and on for a long time.
