[Simple question from a beginner] 500 symbols for SnP500?

Hi, I am NYSE newbie but have experience in R/Python.

How can I download the 500 symbols of SnP500 using R/Python?

such as AAPL, ... , Z.

Matrix or vector format with length 500 might be fine.

PS) How about 30 symbols in DowJones?
