Traderdragon, that was your 100th post, congratulations! Were the previous 99 any more constructive? Doubt it. T28 isn't the only one making money out of this very simple method. Have you ever heard the expression 'don't knock it 'till you've tried it'?

I dont know how attached you are to your software but Quotetracker is free and it has this capability and many more.

It takes awhile to find all the facets to this wonderful program. I do not know the math. I would look it up if I thought it would make any difference but I can see what it does live.I think it tries to anticipate the next two closes.
 
Have looked at the 3 bar SMA, but to me it would whip me out of a trade far too frequently to be of any practical use.

All depends on ones trading style I suppose. But slippage & commissions eat into any profits made with such short term trading systems IMHO.
