Simple Profitable Method

Ok that was about as text book as it gets, 2 min Zero Line cross to the downside with 10 min MACD well below Zero supporting a large move even though it is a dead Friday with no news (the MAC never lies) out with 2 points then a pullback forms and those of you with an aggressive nature could have re entered when the price popped below the 3 SMA (2+ Horizontal Shift)

Trader 28, could you please clarify?

1) What time do you start and end your chart?

2) Are you taking that opening trade where the signal is generated on the first bar of the day?

Thanks for the ideas !!!!

Start charts an hour before open and end 3.15pm

The first signal was about 6 to 8 minutes after open

Thanks, great weekend to you.

1) I'm using day session only data

2) 20 ema and 40 ema

3) MACD (3,10,16)

These numbers look good enough and I'm used to them.

See recent trade set-up.

Trader 28, I'll use the money to "pop a few tubes" in your name this afternoon.

Do you trade the first half hour?...obviously you do...

Yeah not bad for a Friday with no news, just watch the afternoon, Friday arvos have been shockers lately

Here's a sell that didn't work out, but only lost .80.

So today I'm 1 for 2 and up $120-$11cm per contract.

I thought I better post the loser's, too, so we don't think it's 100% LOL

For those aggressive traders I want to point out the re-entry method using the 3 SMA (2+ Horizontal Shift)

The 2 things you really want to look for are:

1: MACD does not breach it's MA on the pullback
2: PRICE does not breach the 25 SMA on pullback

What this means is the pullback is so weak that all the MOMENTUM is still with the trend and you have a high probability of the re-entry trade off the 3 SMA being successful

The short here where price pops below the 3 SMA (white line) is a perfect example: http://i10.tinypic.com/2q8dpup.jpg

Here are some more examples, initially re-entries to the upside, then to the downside: http://i9.tinypic.com/2wdr60i.jpg

trader28...Can one trade less and be profitable with this method, if he just enters the zero line crosses of the fast line and trades less. Assume he does not trade the first half hour and watches the longer chart to determine the amount of the target...keep it simple...so I am trying.
