Tyler,

How is this for plotting my new set-up?

Only I have a "SAR" on the screen also.

Maybe now were all on the same page? It looks totality different than Omnitrader.

It's called, you do what you have to do, to be on the same
page as everyone else, so you can go up from there!!!

Thanks for all your help!!!

Mo06,

Greetings from Montana to England.

The Stoch (14-1-3) really isn't a part of SPM.

What happened is:

Jack Hershey (ET Member) made some suggestions about using
the SPM. For example using the Macd together with the Stoch. I was
watching it on the screen one day and it moves very nicely with
the macd so I put it in my system. In other words I modified
the SPM. However with our new additions of SMA's 3 and 8,
with 2 offset, maybe we don't need the Stoch now???

You see this is "kinda" new to me because it's taken me months
to get my charts to look like Trader28's because of his SMA offsets. And my software "Omnitrader" just looks different.

Hope this clarifies things up a little better.

OK Snarly, just kidding, although we do like to complicate things sometimes.

By the way, I'm on the sunny Cote d'Azur, not England.

Bonne chance !

I like the "OBV" but it looks different in E-signal.

In Omnitrader it was more of a crossover system that was
very accurate. In e-signal I can tell it's not as accurate.

To answer your question, I don't know, yet....

What I am finding out is: All these software companies sell
quote platforms. And as a new trader you really don't know what you need or really what your looking for until you start
trading for awhile and talking with other traders.

Then, even tho you have spent $hundreds of dollars for your
software. Your like me...well, maybe I should invest
in a different software program.

I still don't know what the best (if there is one) software package to get. Hopefully E-Signal charts will work!!!

Ok Ya'll,

Here is a picture of my "old" trading program, Omnitrader
with the Omnitrader OBV crossover in it.

It say's:

5 period moving average periods (over)
200.00 Upper/Lower Bound %

So OBV in Omnitrader is a very accurate crossover.

Please see enclosed chart (YM, 2 minute) Friday's action.
