My rules kept me out of a signal for the big bullish move at 9:35 .
I'd rather follow my rules and miss a few big moves than break them and regret it later .

Unreal, I added things to the system over the weekend and this morning I kept getting short signals in the runup.. and basically I was not with the plan at all, all day, just could not wake up and do the task... and after 7:25, omg, what a trainwreck... even with the system it was horrid..

I'm hoping this is like a job with a 90 day break in period, that gives me about 45 days to get with the program... I'm not making any more system changes, it needs nothing except somebody to trade it..

I got one signal long but got run over by the news candle at 1000 . I'll quit now because it looks like a real congested mess out there .

I got off to a bad start but it helped me to sort out the strategy, after that I came back from ($300) and quit early out of boredom. The strategy basically included a lot of opportunities to overtrade and little by little I'm sorting that out.. It's starting to feel like a job I can do... I'm not hitting it with real money until I can trade the mornings with confidence though..

Traded the ES today, went short 2 contracts. And caught much of the afternoon move down.

Done early today. Scaled in 3 contracts from this morning's lows and got out @ 898.
