My biggest beef with abortion is that the bleeding heart liberals that support it don't have the back bone to call it what it is.

While I think it's probably "wrong" to kill an innocent unborn child. I'm pragmatic enough to realize that most having abortions weren't smart enough to keep from getting pregnant in the first place ergo their children will likely be stupid as well. And the world is grossly over populated and has been for decades.

If you're going to argue women are having abortions due to lack of insurance/medical that's horse shit. Women were giving both long before either existed. Yes the child mortality rate was higher, but that's nothing but natural selection/survival of the fittest as far as I'm concerned.

This isn't a behavioral change like you or the article suggests. It's a mandate. It would be like me saying "wow! The incidences of people running red lights has dropped like a stone ever since that Death Penalty for Running Red Lights law passed!"

You wouldn't want to be the customer without the government FORCING the insurance industry to cover certain things. This goes for all types of insurance, home, life, business and health. A good exercise for all the pro insurance industry people would be to look up all the lawsuits where paying customers were screwed over by their insurance company and forced the hand of government to FORCE the insurance to follow regulations. You really don't want to be a customer of the insurance companies without regulations.

There is a difference between the government forcing the insurer to cover ME in a way that protects ME thus costing ME more for MY healthcare

the government forcing the insurer to cover someone ELSE in a way that protects THEM thus costing ME more for MY healthcare.
