Sierra Chart - TF won't load

Has anybody else had the issue of not being able to load the Russell intraday data through Sierra Chart? I am using their data feed not a broker, but for some reason it will only pull up daily candles. I can't get any smaller time frames for some reason. Everything else is working fine that I have checked.

Just looking for a little guidance from anyone familiar with it.

Base symbol for Mini Russell 2000 on SC historical feed is RJ, not TF

Continuous is ... RJ#

front month is... RJU13


SC feed is historical... NOT real time.
