We should be tested for antibodies. At least 20% of every county, every big city, every state.
Why should we?
Because it will show what percentage of your community get exposed covid19.
What it will show?
If it gets 60% and above you may completely open your area for business.
Why? Because you got over the peak and worse is over.
People who got antibodies positive should have electronic record, big brother will help.
On your telephone or driving license, local or state document.
These people can go work.
You may start testing on any level, local town, county, city, state.
Do not wait three more weeks, do not waist this short time, act now.

42k death and affected is million. Moreover day by day unemployed number are increasing.
But i think life is the first priority. If you alive then letter can doing work or job.
In this situation US need to increase their lockdown time. But President trump think their economy.
I don't know what will he do.
But my opinion is increase lock down time and wait for COVID-19 vaccine.

Governor NY Cuomo sad NY got covid19 not from China but Italy. Oh oh....

420k Chinese people some exposed by covid19 flu to US.
In bigger count they flu to European countries and got exposed Italian as well.
Then 2.2m European people flu to US.
Moral: Italian guilty to expose US people. Wrong mr. Cuomo!

Iowa May;
Montana 4/26;
Oklahoma 5/1;
Pennsylvania 5/8;
Rhod Island the late 5/8;
S. Carolina 4/20;
Tennessee 5/1;
Texas and Florida soon 14% GDP.
All states will ope soon 38% GDP.
Eight east coast blue states will coordinate when to open ( sometimes end of May or later).

Twenty states will be partially reopen during this week of 4/27 - 5/2.
AK, MT, ID, WY, UT, CO, ND, IA, IN, OH, VT, OK, TX, LA, MS, TN, GA, SC, FL.
NY may be partially reopen on 5/15 county by county.
Markets give green light.
