Should soldiers in Iraq be given immunity?

just a question do you think iraqis should be given immunity against iraqi laws. The united states gave up soldiers to japan for raping a girl. so why not iraq. America saids its a free country now?

If you are referring to the "soldiers" who raped the girl and murdered her family, no. If found guilty they should be court-marshalled and executed. Don't think for a minute these guys were "affected" by war - they are scumbags who would do the same thing here if given the opportunity.

Iraqi laws. If these guys committed crimes and some of these guys already admit to it already, they should be given to iraqi courts tobe dealt with. The united states has a history of doing this in japan, germany, and other european countries why dont they do it in iraq. Unless the american government is implying iraqi justice is flawed in some way. It has to make you wonder, good enought for iraq but not good enought for america. What are the americans doing there if even basic justice is not good enought.
