the main thing in a trade is the direction, are you in the right direction? look at the chart, you know you are in the wrong direction. never use " it is too high " for shorting reason.

cover it before you are crushed, that is my suggestion.

When you first think "it is too high", that's great long signal.

When it goes from "too high" to so much higher that you actually become afraid to short it, that's the perfect short entry.
